Duplicating a preset

Select a preset in the Preset Table and use context menu to duplicate the preset (right mouse button).

The following files are duplicated:

'.inc' - include list.
'.exc' - exclude list.
'.flt' - filter list.
'.pst' - preset settings.
'.not' - preset notes.
'.cmt' - archive comment.
'.bmp' - preset image.

The following files are not duplicated:

'.lgc' - COPY log used by the Cleaner.
'.lgs' - SMTP log used by the Cleaner.
'.lgf' - FTP log used by the Cleaner.
