Preset configuration - Notes / Comment
Use Notes field to save any textual information that will help you remember what this preset is for. Now it seems you won't ever forget it, but when you have 20 presets, and will not use some of them for quite a while... you'll see that a short comment can be sometimes really helpful ;-)
Comment filed is used to add textual comments to rar/zip/exe archives. Delete everything from this field if you don't want to add comments to your archives.
